Nothing on RealtorsIn — including profile information, posts, success stories, off-plan project updates, or any other content — constitutes legal, financial, investment, or real estate advice of any kind. RealtorsIn is a platform for professionals to display their identity and credentials. Any decision you make based on information found on this platform is entirely your own responsibility.

2. User-Generated Content and Verification

All profiles, portfolios, posts, and other content on RealtorsIn are created and published by individual users. While we verify RERA licence numbers against official records at the time of submission, this verification is limited to confirming the licence was valid at that specific point in time.

A verified badge does not guarantee that a licence remains active, unsuspended, or in good standing at any later date. RealtorsIn is not responsible for any changes to a professional's regulatory status after verification. Users are responsible for keeping their profile information current and accurate at all times. We recommend conducting your own due diligence before entering into any professional arrangement with another user on the platform.

3. Off-Plan Project Information

Off-plan project information on RealtorsIn — including new launches, pricing, payment plans, and developer announcements — is sourced from developers and third parties and is provided for professional reference only. RealtorsIn does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or availability at any given time.

Always verify project details directly with the developer before advising clients or making any commitments on their behalf.

Content you publish on RealtorsIn — your profile, portfolio, and posts — remains yours. By publishing it on the platform, you grant RealtorsIn the right to display it to other users as part of the normal operation of the platform.

6. Platform Changes and Availability

RealtorsIn reserves the right to modify, update, or remove any feature, content, or functionality of the platform at any time, with or without prior notice. We work to keep the platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control.

7. Account Suspension

RealtorsIn reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any account that provides false or misleading information, violates our Terms and Conditions, or engages in conduct that is harmful to other users or to the integrity of the platform. A suspended or removed account does not entitle the user to any compensation or refund.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RealtorsIn, Empire IT Services LLC, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from:

• Any content you publish on the platform
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your breach of these Terms and Conditions or this Disclaimer
• Any dispute or transaction arising from your use of the platform

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law, RealtorsIn and Empire IT Services LLC are not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Any transaction or arrangement made between professionals who connected through the platform
• Inaccurate or outdated off-plan information sourced from developers or third parties
• Temporary unavailability or changes to the platform
• Suspension or removal of an account for breach of our Terms and Conditions

This does not affect any rights you have under applicable UAE law that cannot be excluded or limited.

10. Governing Law

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising in connection with this Disclaimer or your use of RealtorsIn shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

This Disclaimer is written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall take precedence.

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify registered users via email or in-app notification. Continued use of RealtorsIn after any update means you accept the revised version.
