• To verify your RERA credentials against official records and display a verified status on your profile
• To show you off-plan project updates, new developer launches, pricing, and payment plans
• To display posts, success stories, and updates from professionals you follow
• To send you notifications about connection requests, comments, new off-plan launches, and platform updates
• To improve the platform based on how it is used
• To detect and prevent fake profiles, fraud, or misuse of the platform

4. Your Profile and What Is Visible

RealtorsIn is a professional network. Your profile — including your name, RERA credentials, agency, portfolio, and posts — is visible to other registered professionals and agencies on the platform. This visibility is the core purpose of RealtorsIn.

You control what you add to your profile. You are not required to complete every field. However, a complete profile makes you more visible to agencies and professionals searching on the platform.

Posts, success stories, and updates you share are visible to all registered members. If you do not want something visible on the platform, do not post it.

5. Off-Plan Project Updates

RealtorsIn provides every registered professional with free access to off-plan project updates— new launches, developer announcements, pricing information, and payment plans. This is available on the platform at no cost.

When you browse off-plan information on RealtorsIn, we may record which projects you view in order to show you more relevant updates. We do not share this activity with developers, advertisers, or any third party.

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your information with advertisers. Your data is shared only in the following limited circumstances:

• With third-party technology providers who help us operate the platform, such as cloud hosting and push notification services. These providers may use your data only to deliver their services to us and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
• With RERA or relevant UAE regulatory authorities, where required for license verification or as required by applicable law.
• Where we are legally required to do so by a court order or government authority under UAE law.

Aggregated, anonymized usage data that does not identify you personally may be retained after account deletion for platform analytics and improvement purposes.
